Donation & Giving Back Policy

Attendance Analyzer operates with a strong social mission: empowering students through free productivity tools while channeling voluntary support into verified university social impact clubs (CSA & Anvaya) and charitable trusts.

This policy outlines our transparent donation allocation framework, disbursement thresholds, equal distribution principles, and non-refundable gratuity terms.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All developer contributions, tip jar gratuities, and charitable pledge donations are voluntary student contributions and are strictly non-refundable by any chance / under any circumstance. Please verify your amount before paying.

1. Equal Distribution Principle

All funds allocated for community giving back are distributed equally between our preferred student clubs: CSA (BYC Campus) and Anvaya (Central Campus). Every preferred club receives an exact 50/50 proportional share of the community giving pool.

Contributions are dedicated to genuine student welfare causes, including financial aid for poor students, school supply kits, exam fee support, and grassroots community volunteering.

2. Payout & Disbursement Threshold (₹1,000 per Club)

To prevent excessive payment gateway processing overhead and bank transaction friction, funds are pooled and disbursed only when the accumulated balance reaches a minimum of ₹1,000 per club.

  • Accumulation: Monthly contribution pledges accumulate in the pooled fund.
  • Disbursement: Once a club's accumulated balance reaches ₹1,000+, an official direct transfer is executed.
  • Receipts & Proof: Transaction slips and proofs will be uploaded to our public Proof & Ledger page (updated every 2 to 3 months).

Our charitable giving percentage starts at 10% and will scale upwards as more campus collaborations are formalized:

Full transparency is guaranteed while upholding absolute student privacy:

  • Public Proofs: Verified donation transfer receipts will be published on the Proof & Transparency page once the ₹1,000 threshold per club is reached.
  • Privacy Masking: Student donor phone numbers, account numbers, and personal identifiers are strictly hidden and redacted.
  • Cadence: Records are refreshed every 2 to 3 months or upon executing a ₹1,000+ payout.
